The directors expect to raise $3.5 million. I don't think so ! The sp is tanking below the stated rights issue price.
The only people going to take up their rights are the directors which I think have about 20 million shares plus lasseters holding.
Convertible notes of $2 million due for repayment on the 28th of June.
Its going to be tight.
