Since the entitlement offer we have traded almost 50 million shares (@11.5% of the shares in issue) if we add that to the @ 306 million shares issued in the entitlement offer then we have 355 million of the 433 million shares in issue (82%) with an entry price of 10 cents or less.
To this you can add the @ 28 million shares (@6.5%) Thorney and Tiga owned before the entitlement issue and one would assume they will not be in the market anytime soon.
That leaves @ 12.5% of the shares in issue who would be sitting on a loss at 10 cents that is no longer a huge percentage of the shareholder register and not a huge overhang to clear if they are minded to sell.
