This is correct. It has been discussed on the pls threads before. Essentially the bottleneck in world battery manufacture lies at the level of hydroxy plants not digging lithium out of the ground...
Luckily for pls, we have bought 30/ of a hydroxy plant!
The one issue that worries me is the possibility that the folks who convert
spodumene into Hydroxide could cause a bottleneck because I don't seem to be
reading much about how these converters are also expanding their capabilities
