Its also not true that the JV will have to hand back all the leases outside of the exploitation area.
None of the above is fake....its straight from COP's SEC filings. Took me 10 minutes to find both.
As for WPL's ministerial order reaffirming WPL's......PARTICIPATION.......not ownership.....fake news? Lol DB
