hopefully the RCA bond will not be payed in case ECT decide to pull out of it if NMDC dont meet there expectations.
BUT could it be a stand off that NMDC wont sing the agreement until ECT pay the bond and ECT wont pay the bond until NMDC sing the agreement? I always consider the out comes of unsteady time like this. The more i think about it the tougher this might be to sing off all partys.
The pressure is on now more than ever and from more areas than ever. ministers, Directors, new employees all in the ring trying to bring certainty to an uncertain situation, or the threat is that the agreement could be off the table altogether. Sweaty business.
