It looks very much like a descending triangle is playing out here (bullish resolution normally). I don't have any paintbrushes available sorry, but someone will do it for us, I'm sure. It needs to display a breakout of the descending line (drawn across the last high of 31, and the second recent spike to 26.5), which should resolve on a time and price combination within 3 weeks, around 23/24 cents. The target on that breakout is about 13 cents from the breakout level, so 36/37 initially, before a pullback.

Stop loss should be set at 18
