Yes I think it does. I for one phoned and wasn't really sure why they were motivating all this. As SB has resigned as I understand on 6 months notice really are you just fighting as to whether he is a non executive director. So none of this made sense.

The director who resigned John Larsen actually has skin in the game. Maybe I should ask him how he will vote...

Personally I would like for Mr Martin to go as well. He has no shares so cannot vote as I understand it. What you have is SB wanting to remain on as a non executive director after he has resigned as CEO. That's like the pollies we still want to go to the back bench - No if you decided to move on move on.

So effectively its the Interprac new shareholders who have the decided to put this forward and I am glad that Garry Crole is directing his voting. I think this being loyal to each other is rubbish say what you feel.

Glad its out there and I think Interprac has done a lot of good for the company its in the right place and its the only reason I ever heard of SEQ. One of my accountant friends uses them and the process has helped his clients. 

I loved what Garry was part of in Diversa so really it's based on his past of making a lot of money (always relative to what I have) for me that prompted me to get in here. 

So I now fully understand and will vote the the way the 249D shareholder suggests.

That's my view on it.
