Until there is absolute clarity around the "investments" held by HML/BHD and their real value, neither will trade on the ASX. It's the same as with HDY, it's not about shafting current holders, it's about protecting future buyers ... we're just the ones who were unlucky(stupid) enough to get left holding the bag. It's just a shame the ASX/ASIC allow these things to get so far without stepping in to minimise the damage done to shareholders
