There is a large Greek community in Perth. I do not know if this Harry Stergiotis is the same one that you have mentioned. He is not a director so I am not too concerned ATM. He may have been a large investor in QRS before Clearwater and Kevin Russeth took control of the company(QRS). If I hear anything negative from the company I will post.
I do know that Kevin and his management team seem to be straight-up based on the research I have done and in conversations I have had with them.
Also I think that BTG International Ltd. would have done their DD before tying up their patents in QRSciences.
IMHO I think that Kevin Russeth and BTG International Ltd. will make sure that QRS run above board.
