Mate I’ve done some figures on the saving HX would possibly make to the builder and end purchaser if the builder passed the savings on . I’ve done a comparison on one of our home we have built , which was 185m2 , we use to build roughly 50 to 60 homes per month . Now this particular home was 185m2 and it took 2 bricklayers 3 and 1/2 weeks to complete at a labour cost of $10,800 ,the sand was $ 600 , the cement was $ 1200 , the bricklayers scaffold kit was $950 , the wall ties and hardware $ 540 , the end site clean was $ 860, the electrical wall chasing was $ 450 , delivery of sand cement $280.Now I’ve also had a discussion with the construction manager and accountants and we all agreed that there would be at least $3000 to $4000 saving per week on the speed of build as the payments would come in very quickly and when your building in such large quantities the saving is huge ! Add at least 2% for waste , take into account insurance , downtime ect and we have come up with a conservative saving of around... $ 25,000 to $30, 000 per home !! So now if we were to buy a HX for $2 mill I can safely say a large project builder like us ,would not take very long to recoupe the $2mill ! Do the maths .This stock is going to have some ups and downs till we get to large scale manufacturing but I’ve done hours and hours and hours of research and listening to all the interviews , it has given me great confidence to see and know what their future plans are and the confidence in both Mike and Mark is over whelming to say the least.Don’t get me wrong I’m not in love with this stock , but very excited as it’s not just a bricklayer ! The jigsaw is coming together nicely, all those government officials and great minds working for FBR tell me we’re on a winner. Looking at some of their designs tells me they will extend their web far and wide ! Very excited to see this all unfold next year . These designs tell me once success of build 1 , these will be next on their drawing board !
