Irrespective, option failure would be seen as a company failure...again...
If that happens, at what point do the believers ask the question, why no deal with anyone after all these years and all these false starts? Why have other markets considered and rejected Coldry? If India is so keen why are we still waiting for NMDC despite assurances they are fully on board?
Are NMDC publicly saying something which differs from their internal point of view? If it was a matter of importance they would convene a meeting to approve it but the fact that it drags on tells us where it sits on their list of priorities.
