Just a thought. If Alcon were going to make an offer for AOS, why would they do so right now? They could wait until the Options expire and then make their play. Logically, if I wanted to buy a company I know that I would only be interested in offering the lowest share price for the lowest number of shares. Sorry but its difficult for me to see how i haven't done my $ in the case of AOSOA.
