So what you are saying is that you would take the FAS 7 for 1 (equal to about $1 at today) plus you would require a further $6 in cash from FAS right now $$$$?? - Basing this on your statement that you would accept a full $7 cash offer.
Somehow I don't see FAS offering a further $6 in cash as a sweetner given they have less than $1M in the bank!
