Yes, stalled until those that have missed the announcement before close today see it tonight. There could well be a gap up on opening because those who understand the significance of this announcement will be prepared to pay more than the 11c or so that it will close at tonight. I think most of the easy 'trader' sellers have now left and those sitting low today are just hopeful of a windfall pick up today - and some might still be lucky but most will miss.
