coal assets

Many traders buying this stock at these prices have absolutely no idea at what price the coal assets have been vendored in at. It is 8c. There will be a massive issue of stock and then a 1:10 consolidation.

Do you think the vendors would have sold these assets into the listed shell at 8c if they think its worth 17c.... NO.

Conservatively you are paying twice what the vendors think the coal assets are worth. I hope many do there home work.
