Correct compliance costs on steroids and warranty’s are an expensive hit to any builders bottom line

There was two big apartment blocks wrapped entirely in white plastic I enquired one of them it was the third warranty job for leaking building syndrome caused by imported timber
Point is those companies saw any profits evaporates thru warranty’s which setting your self up as the gurantoor of the work is not cheap
As for setting up a construction coy in Perth good luck we have had 8 construction companies go broke here last two years contractors very gun shy of building companies some have been ruined
I cannot see for the life of wass working for holders without mass production of HX
