Clearly we need to wait on the all encompassing prospectus (as opposed to the garbage by those without moral character and other non holders running their own non-factual campaigns) and no other announcements can be made until this is released...as I’ve indicated a timeline and the prospectus will be our any day and we will get an update by the company prior to 30 Jan again...yes anxiety levels through the roof for those on the sidelines.
Regarding the CR I know for a fact this is oversubscribed and will be happening given I/myself have secured additional units (which aren’t available on account yet) but for which monies were sent to the company as part of the original July placement commitment...these will be honoured and so they should as part of the re-compliance process.
Now on matters of ore supply arrangments, the plant and re-compliance suggest these non-factual posters have a read (yet again) of the last WFE update which clearly indicated all of the ASX’s concerns were being addressed-
1. The company will have ore supply contracts of “high grade cobalt” completed by re-compliance....yes the company will also be in a position to announce the pre-paid offtake in the multi millionaires with China, Europe and USA before re-opening...this is all part of the unique “end to end cobalt real estate package” to be offered when the boards open
2. The company will have all licences. Permits, approvals for the plant to be operational at the opening. If the non-factual campaigners can read they will be well aware that the companies lawyers have all the approvals and simply waiting on the final administrative license B process which is the formality part of the process
3. It was underlined in announcements that WFE have been working with the JV partners to provide the plant’s financial statements for the preceding two years to provide proof of valuation...yes to enforce this little minnow substantiates how they were able to secure such an unbelievably valuable cobalt plant in the heart of cobalt country where 70% of the world’s cobalt is sourced, and where Eric the black panther prince (security adviser to trump) will be spending $500m, and where China is looking to invest $60b in infrastructure and finally where automakers are forecasted to spend $300b in their electrification of vechicle strategies

When did you get a piece of the CR? I'm guessing it was at 2.4c/share? From what I can remember, many here didn't manage to get any through their regular brokers.

If indeed you've already sent the monies in July, then I don't understand why some posters here are saying the CR is not committed and not legally binding but now null and void lol.
