From what I gathered following this stock over the last 5 years, the man is unrealistic and out of touch with business reality and possibly greedy who strongly believe that the acreage TDO held is worth a lot more money than the normal business venture prepare to pay.

Failure to clinch any decent deal (over the last 2 years) in current gas shortage environment to progress TDO to next level is simply unacceptable in any standard, chewing off his finger nail waiting for a white knight to arrive is simply irrational and delusional.

The best achievement he can boast is limited CR during his tenure as he takes the company from zero to zero.
