Although AT didn’t promise anything I think it’s better to under promise and over deliver rather then over promise and under deliver. I’m sure he has very good reason why a deal wasn’t done by then but still the company could have disclosed that a deal was unlikely by the end of year a bit before the last day of the year, don’t you think? I mean the last thing this stock needs is more uncertainty...
