It is made even more annoying by the fact that his "deadline" calculation is probably wrong. It is 28 days notice for a meeting, but that is the notice period that must be served. The Corporations Act specifies that if a NoM is posted the 28 day period only beings 3 days after the posting. AUZ could amend this 3 day rule under its Constitution, but I don't have time to look it up and check now.
