I would be surprised if anybody agreed to an off take without testing the product first. AJM sent a delivery to an undisclosed new customer prior to signing up with Ganfeng. I am not aware of any A40 deliveries since/or during the suspension so IMO if the BOD meet their inferred timetable of 3 weeks (2 weeks now left) then I would expect an announcement would be along the lines of "we are discussions" or "testing is to take place" rather than a definitive we have a secure agreement for X tonnes p/a.
I could be wrong but I suspect any definitive announcement will be delayed and/or full of escape clauses.
Having said that I fully expect that whatever A40 can produce will be sold to the converters at whatever the prevailing prices are at the time.
IMO the prevailing prices will be determined by the big players and normal supply and demand.
AJM and PLS are recipients of those price not influences as some would have you believe.
