They've been calling this company a producer for a couple of years ever since they began putting ore through the processing plant back in the beginning of G1 from the stockpiles of the previous owners.
It doesn't matter what they call it, it's what they're doing that matters and until they start shipping concentrate out and creating income then to my mind they're not an operating company. That's what should give value to the share-price.
