Where I work, this comes up more often than not. Dealing with any court system throws up grenades - and a court asking for more documentation happens a lot - and is unforeseen.

We have to remember a  few things - they are dealing with international law and covering a number of jurisdictions - Slovenia, Canada and the UK .

In addition, the MXC facility came about through the Slovenian government wanting to create a place in the cannabis industry and there may have been some privileged treatment for MXC to build the facility in the first place - and they would have come with some obligations. Slovenia would now be looking at whether that can be transferred to Cannaglobal for example.

None of us here know for sure do we? However, making a  judgement that this is unusual or down to management incompetence are probably well off the mark.
