Ive got this one on my watchlist. What suprised me about the announcement was the funding of the deal. Shares issued at .80cents. Thats way out of the money. Can you give a brief description of current CMV relationship with Meretek. Shareholder of Meretek obviously see a better future in hodling CMV shares???
