A terrific summary Slay- great work collating. Welcome to the brotherhood. You gave 3/4- with probably Marketing being his downfall- then again- is there an agenda where they don’t really want to be noticed too much at this stage? Who knows when DGR pull the strings. A few of us would have been questioning boss on number 4 as well- not organising contractor last year, not being on top of G2 works- especially lining/Jemrok, drilling, etc.
Happy the way he came out just before Xmas and admitted a few missteps- and then really set out an agenda and timelines and since the new year has really stuck to his schedules. Seems to be warming to the role and I’m liking the new PW who seems more focussed. Hopefully this can really benefit his leadership and direction- it probably was one misgiving I had going forward with ANW- PW not hitting timelines and lacking leadership- but can’t fault him in the new year- apart from marketing his Ann’s better- but as I said- not sure of the total agenda so can’t fault too much.
We all know the assets and potential- hopefully PW can really grow into the role and become a top CEO.
