billmac I agree with most of your assessment of the situation but disagree with your comments about Chris Giles. I like a lot of others have given a lot of thought to this and when I spoke with Bob Johnson I agreed with most of his comments but when the problem went down on paper I realised that perhaps the wrong people were being accused. Williams gone is good. Stewart should be given 6 months to prove himself and Richards should go immediately or he has to be sat on very tightly and watched every minute because most of the blame rest squarely on his shoulders with the running of daily business. Stewart says that business dealings are his forte so let him prove it.There is not much that we can do now that Radford owns Portia N & S but thats it. We run the rest of the show and yes it means tipping in again but its worth the risk. No over burden with the iron ore so lets sell some of that ( mined by us ) and create an income. Another C/R BUT shareholders must be given equal discounts etc as sophs. Delay the EGM for 6 months then if things have not improved time to start cleaning out and starting afresh. If Stewart is sacked tomorrow it will take 6 months to fill his position and being short 1 director it will stop the company in its track so we have nothing to gain by doing it. We are inbetween a rock and a hard place and I cant think of anymore cliques at the moment. Think carefully and then vote but at least VOTE. Ps you might have Bob and Chris the wrong way round but that really is in -material to the problems
