I think from memory they forecast a EBITA outlook for this financial year is double last. And the price has receded from $6.20 to $4.37.
On John Guest acquisition the price rocketed up over a dollar in one trading day. Current share price is lower than before the acquisition.
Most global realestate cycles last 18-20 years, and this one started around 2010/11 which would leave atleast another 6-7 years of growth before any sustained slowdown IMO.
Taking all the above into consideration, it was enough for me to hold and then increase my position when the trend reveals itself.
