After repeatedly telling HC the operating costs for Cerro Negro deposit is US$120 per ounce, KCG is forecast to go under due to the weight of exploration costs required to do a feasibity study.
This follows recognition in the scoping study, that Anglo's nearby mine was not actually nearby, its cash cost per ounce were based on a head grade equating to the Anglo operation-despite the fact that KCG's little deposit has a resource grade of less than one third that of Anglo"s!, and its capital costs will be horrific.
Fraud squad will be called in to investigate!!!
