His latest preaching to the nation seems a relaxing of his core policies to me. Not true Trumpism. His proposed amnesty hasn't gone too well with the far right. Is this the beginning of the end he is sensing or a desperate attempt to open the government that the shutdown will soon backfire across the nation.
