Also backed up by the fact they placed a flimsy charge over $800 million worth of Opes assets in exchange for $95mill cash on the 27th March (which in itself is outreageous). Why put a charge on if they always knew they owned the stock anyway?
The more ANZ fight this the more they look deceitful in the eyes of the public.
