Not all NMDC board meetings are announced to market. I wrote a post on this about a month ago. I recall there being about 8 or 9 meetings in the last financial year, of which about 5 were announced via disallowed board / NMDC website.
I highly doubt a board meeting to approve ECT project will be announced via official exchange notices. I do expect coverage from the company and other close entities about the approval after it happens.
Has anyone spoken to management to see if the team are in India? It's been very quiet and I suspect they're busy over there.
