"Myer will also be required to meet a Fixed Charges Cover Ratio of atleast 1.65 times prior to paying dividends. As at the end of FY2018, the Fixed ChargesCover Ratio was 1.59 times."
They are not allowed to pay a dividend until the FCCR is higher than 1.65. This is a direct restriction.
