It may be of interest to you that CLN has also abandoned its projects and is now looking at acquisition opportunities.
CLN has around the same number of shares on issue as WTN and just about the same amount of cash.
Perhaps more importantly though they share two common directors and a company secretary!
I've got both on my watchlist for the next couple of months. Don't have a huge deal of confidence in anything particularly great happening though.
