Amcor completed buying back 50 million shares, bought between October 2007 and May 2008.
They paid $394 million.
Prices paid ranged from 6.48 to 7.72 and I calculate the average price paid was $6.995
( Note that Amcor claim in their announcement that the highest price paid was 6.48 and the lowest price paid was 7.72 - I assume that nonsense is just carelessness by the person filling in the form ).
