Hi,
From my experience once the stock is shipped and invoiced it is counted as a sale and payment made as per what the supplier and retailer have agreed in their trading terms. From a theft perspective suppliers and retailers will usually agree to a waste/ullage Agreement within the trading terms and from my experience it will be a nominal aamount i.e 0.5%. A2 aren’t responsible for what occurs within a retailer when it comes to theft nor a retailer would be responsible for theft occurring at A2 warehouse! A cost of doing business for supermarkets!
