The trades were made for a number of sub- funds. They all have different managers and styles. It’s very common for Blackrock holding roughly 5% of a company and going above or below consistently.
some of them could be shortselling but that
they specify it on THIS document. For shortselling, they usually submit the same document but at the last few pages it would say something like lending and borrowing party.
it usually it’s when Blackrock becoming a substantial holder and lend their stocks to other stocks.
