Sydney - Thursday - May 15: (RWE Australian Business News) - Cool or Cosy (ASX:COS) provides the following update regarding the company's performance since the first half year ended 31 December and reports that: While the benefits of previously reported restructuring initiatives continue to provide the basis for improvement in overall performance, realisation of these benefits in the second half year will be offset by the impact of the: * continuation of sustained and uncharacteristic adverse weather conditions in the company’s largest market of Queensland; and * loss of a significant portion of business from a major customer outlined in the half yearly report. The combination of these factors has yielded a lower than expected sales performance and will ultimately provide a further decline in earnings for the second half year
