Its going to be very difficult to predict this quarter's result due to not knowing if the transition to focus on hearing health (and BOOSTS) has completely taken place.
The low 3rd quarter value was due to this transition, and the fact that a lot of the sales that would normally flow into the 3rd quarter accounts actually went through in the 2nd quarter due to them being direct through Nuheara.com (the early BOOST sales).
Also, with the accent moving towards BOOSTS and hearing health, the "Christmas" effect is likely to be less.
Given previous receipts levels, I think anything over $1m would be satisfactory. But once again I will say that it depends what its affected by - hopefully any background will be explained clearly in the report.
I'm aware that people want to see growth in receipts, but this will only be the 8th quarterly - that is just two years - and a lot has changed in that time including the change in focus.
On the upside. It's possible the switch to BOOST was completed in the 3rd quarter and by 4th quarter, (minimally discounted) sales of these higher margin buds were growing. 2,000 BOOSTS for the quarter would bring receipts of over $1m. Add in the sales of some IQbuds ... we may be pleasantly surprised.
