He was definitive in saying we aren't going to force something like this on shareholders by just doing it.
I understand your point re: it being approved previously. But the shareholders have obviously changed.
It did occur to me that maybe they want to keep the 7.1 option up their sleeve.
He did reference that the use of 7.1 would usually be used at a price point closer to the current sp.
And that the offer is a distance away from that.
I've always said that I believe that there's far more involved in this than a simple nod and a wink.
