Dunjo, yours is a very reasonable question. While the company occasionally indicates that it monitors comments here you can also address questions to the MD directly until such time as NTC appoints a new staffer to placate shareholders as foreshadowed at the last AGM.
While we are a few months out from the 2018 AGM, the shareholders showed their concerns by voting down the renumeration report quite strongly. For the 2019 AGM we are likely to see a similar mood if basic courtesy and communication are still lacking.
I have two NTC holdings, both elect to receive a hard copy Annual Report. Neither has shown up yet for 2018. Saving stamps will catapult NTC closer to being able to pay a dividend in time.
