I'm hoping that part of the reason to consolidate is that they've found an institutional/Family office buyer for the WBT founding shareholder shares.
Once consolidated, they can transfer the overhang to the new investors and get on with business, finally.
those commenting here should remember that Dadi, Fred Bart, NIssen-Cohen and Kobi all have shares just like us. They want to avoid future dilution just as much as we do.
