I agree with the posters that talked to Ben and he expanded on the 03 Jan announcement and explained that SKI only has to say they want the options prior to 20 Feb. That does make sense.

However I am with Vintage regarding the actual wording of the announcement, which is misleading if Ben actually meant that they just had to elect they wanted them.

As reading it I would take the statement "must aquire" to mean that all the paperwork is done and they actually have been issued. As it seems the announcement should have instead stated that SKI needs to indicate that they will be buying the shares.

i know it's just some wording and may not have been exactly what Ben meant.... But I can see Vintages point that the term "aquire" for most people would mean to "actually have in possession".

No matter the terminology.... Here's to hoping SKI is still interested even after a slightly underwhelming BFS (IRR not great compared to other projects I have seen), especially as the updated one could be promising.......
