Well I will stick to the last bit of the letter, where it says that KGI is and remains ready to take over Geomet if their demands are not met by EMH. I would like to know how KGI is going to take-over Geomet from EMH. So far from what I understand they haven't put a price on their offer. And all the rest is bullshait as we know and they know that EMH will not respond or agree to their stupid requests. So business as usual.
