Moore to make 'Fahrenheit 9/11' sequel Wed, 14 May 2008 02:47:32 American director Michael Moore US filmmaker Michael Moore has agreed a deal with Paramount Vantage and Overture Films to make a sequel to the documentary 'Fahrenheit 9/11'.
Moore is reportedly planning to pick up where he left off four years ago, to examine the fallout from eight years of the Bush administration's policies.
The follow-up to 'Fahrenheit 9/11,' referred to informally in some circles as 'Fahrenheit 9/11 1/2,' is expected to be released in mid-2009.
Paramount Vantage will handle international distribution and Overture will be in charge of domestic distribution in all media.
The 2004 documentary was a scathing and no-holds barred attack on US President George W. Bush -showing him to be misguided, incompetent and completely incapable of handling the war on terror.
HotCopper & The Market Online will be live From the Floor at the Mining News Select Conference and we want to bring the voice of our online audience to the show with us.
