The parties have substantively completed the definitive agreements for the US$100 millionfacility and expect to finalise these in Q1 2019.The SQM funding arrangements and milestone payments received provide flexibility for theCompany to commence the funding of its share of capital expenditure for the project, aheadof completing the project finance process outlined above.
