To hold any patent has value to the right people, to hold a patent thats been proven
to the point of 40nm 1mb Defanatly adds allot of value, IMO more than 40 million.
To be able to improve on the 40nm patent down to 28nm and possibly lower is what would be most appealing to the industry heavyweights and funds.
