As the shareholder relations rep, the Board has charged me to look after our shareholders and respond, where appropriate, with commentaries, updates, and responses (within ASX guidelines) that would help keep our investors/shareholders informed of the progress being made with the recompliance/transformation. The Board, and in particular, Sholom respect all our shareholders and this company places a high priority on shareholder communications. We are also fully aware and respect that circumstances will/and often do not allow 100% of the people to be satisfied 100% of the time.
Regarding the website. Our company, like most companies, must plan and spend effort and time in the preparation of a professionally presented website if you want to to get a clear message out to investors, clients and corporations. It takes time to prepare a site of this size, and we are taking the opportunity, just before we relist to make sure that we engage with and have good interaction with our shareholders/investors/visitors by doing a pre-launch of the website, whereby we can make adjustments, continue to add good features, and remove unnecessary clutter. We are/have engaged the best people to handle all these tasks, and the relisting dates, as you mentioned, are necessary and required updates to market, in line with the requirements of the ASX to inform the market of the stages of progress towards relisting.
This forum affords members the opportunity to voice their displeasure or their enthusiasm/support. Your comments have been noted and will be passed onto management, as is expected, and we will continue to get on and do our job, as mentioned in my earlier post, by completing our H.D. chores by focusing on getting Cann Global Ltd relisted as soon as possible.
