Thanks Treed ,this is an important post because I have been worried about something. New FDA rules are going to allow much quicker approvoals of new cell and gene therapy drugs. I was and am worried that big pharma will be allowed quicker approavals after we did all the hard work of 10 to 15 year trials to gain approvoal.
I am fairly confident with our patent portfolio , but I am happy we are locking up new technology.
I see these new easier guidelines to approvoals as a way to help big pharma cheat the system once again.
