yes this could be managed a lot better, and at times it felt like they had no idea what was going on. I'm still unsure if the rca is the final thing we need signed before the project can go ahead. What's the next surprise we are going to get?

there's no point bitching about the past. I just don't want to be 20k in the red (it's a lot for me) so how about we all focus on the future.

hopefully this is it and from now we can start focussing on when the plant will be built, likelihood of success etc
