A lot of aboriginal history has been air brushed in the past from the official records. There was never any one single aboriginal race.
All aboriginals are not from the same origin. There were 2 , possibly 3 waves of different indigenous persons that appeared in Australia at varying times in the past. When and where each wave came from is only a guess and up for debate. Maybe one or more of those waves originated or was created here somehow.
There was conflict/wars between these different groups with the stronger , smarter ones with the better weapons winning out.
According to aboriginal lore there was yet another hairy group/race here prior to the aboriginals appearing. Colonies of this hairy race existed according to lore.
At various points in time the original hairy race would have conflict with the other later arriving races and possibly there was some inter breeding also between all of the different races
So prior to white fella arriving in oz over time there were different races invading and dominating weaker races so the claims of original ownership , first inhabitants may or may not be correct depending on how one looks at it. Where do you draw the line.
White fella was not the first invasion of Australia and possibly not the last invasion.
Over the ditch in NZ Maori arrived some 800 years ago but there was 2 races or more already in NZ when Maori arrived. Again this was air brushed from history by white fella.
